As a certified Yoga Therapist, Beth has extensive training in the yoga and mindfulness space, specializing in the therapeutic application of yogic practices and principles to guide clients toward greater wellbeing. She shares somatic tools that work with one’s nervous system to transform unwanted patterns, allowing clients to experience more balance and ease in their daily lives. For the past several years, Beth’s practice has focused on supporting others in healing from trauma and addiction and living a more embodied life.
