Foundations offers convenient outpatient services to fit your schedule, in the heart of San Francisco’s Embarcadero. For added convenience, parking is provided onsite. We provide a comfortable and serene environment for our patients as they focus on their recovery.
Substance Abuse Treatment Program
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Offers a more structured and intensive level of care than outpatient services, yet it does not require the patient to reside on the premises.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Offered both in-person and virtually, our program provides an intensive level of care, while still allowing patients to maintain their daily activities such as work or school.
Mental Health Therapy Services
Our program offers Masters level therapists and on-site psychiatry. Flexible day and virtual evening schedules allow for work-life integration.

Therapies and Evidence Based Modalities
