About Foundations San Francisco

At Foundations San Francisco, we provide a treatment approach that addresses all aspects of an individual’s well-being. Our substance misuse treatment plan is customized to meet each person’s unique needs and includes evidence-based therapies. We aim to help you to understand the cause and effect of addiction, discover positive coping strategies, and create an individualized plan for your recovery. Our goal is to help our patients learn, grow, and heal through connection and comprehensive care.

Our Programs

Our intensive outpatient programs allow patients to heal and grow, all while surrounded by serene views of the bay. Our intensive outpatient programs provide individual, group, and family therapy for individuals who want structure and support in their recovery. IOPs include individual, group, and family therapy, as well as a comprehensive evaluation conducted by one of our experienced psychiatrists. We separate our substance abuse treatment programs by gender to provide a more comfortable environment for everyone.

Addiction Treatment Programs

Our addiction treatment program, separated by gender, focuses on healing the root of addiction.

Therapy Services

We provide cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and process addiction therapy.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for individuals who do not require intensive inpatient care, but need more support than traditional outpatient therapy.

Substance Abuse Treatment

Foundations San Francisco offers rehab for addictive substances including alcohol, cocaine, and heroin.

Mental Health Treatment Programs

We provide compassionate treatment for patients who have depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder.

Co-Occurring Rehab Treatment

Co-occurring rehab treats patients who have both mental health and addiction issues.
