Access Recovery and Connection, from Anywhere

Are you or a loved one struggling with substance use disorder or co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns? At Foundations San Francisco, we understand that balancing recovery with everyday life can be difficult. That’s why we offer a flexible and supportive Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which provides access to life-changing care from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Is Virtual IOP Right for You?

Our Virtual IOP is ideal for those who:

  • Have completed an inpatient or residential program and are transitioning back to daily life
  • Need more flexibility than traditional outpatient programs can provide due to work, family, or other obligations
  • Are seeking structured support without the need for in-person attendance
  • Are dealing with co-occurring addiction and mental health issues

Why Choose Our Virtual IOP?

1. Evidence-Based Treatment

Our Virtual IOP is designed to provide comprehensive care grounded in proven, evidence-based practices. From cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), we tailor your treatment plan to address your specific needs.

2. Flexibility

We understand that you have responsibilities—whether it’s work, school, or family. Our Virtual IOP program takes place from 5:30-8:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, which provides more flexibility and can be easier to fit into one’s busy schedule.

3. Compassionate, Licensed Therapists

With Foundations San Francisco, you’ll receive one-on-one and group support from experienced, licensed therapists who specialize in co-occurring addiction and mental health disorders. Our team is dedicated to empowering you to reach long-lasting recovery and mental wellness.

4. Connection and Community

Isolation can be one of the biggest obstacles to recovery. Through our Virtual IOP, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others who are on similar recovery journeys. Build a network of support and develop meaningful relationships with people who truly understand your experience. Want to connect with others in person? You also have the option to attend one or more of your treatment sessions per week at our facility, depending on your flexibility and location. We also have a robust alumni community which helps support long-term recovery.

5. Privacy and Convenience

Whether you’re in San Francisco or anywhere else in California, you can access our treatment services online. No need to commute or worry about finding a facility near you—recovery is just a click away.
